Launching a First-Of-Its-Kind Event in Record Time
When Magnify took on the challenge to create The Outdoor Adventure Show, we weren’t just organizing an event, we were introducing an entirely new concept to Cyprus. We had exactly 7 months to build everything from scratch.
The stakes were high, and the challenges were twofold:
The Logistics Race: In less than 20 days, our team had to manage complex logistics, coordinate many vendors, secure sponsorships, map out 3 days of programming, and handle the complete physical build-out of the venue.
The Trust Factor: We had to convince major brands, local vendors, and corporate sponsors to invest in and trust an unproven event happening for the very first time in Cyprus.
Our Strategy: A 360° Omnichannel Blitz: To guarantee a massive turnout and build immediate credibility, Magnify deployed a relentless, multi-channel marketing campaign. We made sure nobody in Cyprus could miss the buzz. Our strategy spanned across:
Mass Media: High-frequency Radio spots and strategically timed Television appearances.
Out-of-Home (OOH): High-impact Billboards placed in high-traffic locations across major cities.
Digital Dominance: Advanced Social Media targeting, hyper-focused ad creatives, and community-building campaigns.
The Experience: From a Show to an Immersive Journey
We didn’t want a passive exhibition; we wanted a living, breathing experience. Magnify curated a 3-day immersive environment where visitors could truly feel the spirit of adventure from the moment they walked in until the moment they left.
We transformed the space into an interactive playground featuring:
Live Action Zones: A massive wall-climbing setup, high-energy laser tag, and custom bike-testing areas.
The “Escape Tent”: A uniquely designed, outdoor-themed escape room experience.
Inspirational Keynotes: A curated lineup of inspirational speakers sharing thrilling stories of survival, exploration, and sports.
Looking Ahead: Building the Community
This debut success was just the beginning. Magnify’s long-term vision is to establish The Outdoor Adventure Show as a premier annual institution in Cyprus. We have officially laid the foundation for a permanent, thriving Outdoor Community and we are already gearing up to make next year bigger, bolder, and even more adventurous.
