What do you get when you mix tradition, team spirit, and a sprinkle of holiday magic? The MSJ Lefkara Challenge — our Christmas team-building event with a big, warm heart.
We took the entire MSJ team to the picturesque village of Lefkara, where they were split into colorful teams (via lucky draw, of course!) and set off on a festive quest armed with Instant cameras, trivia prompts, and holiday spirit. From traditional bread baking and pottery, to basket weaving, and holiday crafts, each challenge brought people closer together — sometimes literally, over flour and glitter.
We wrapped it all with a village-square celebration: food trucks, live music, and a closing ceremony where the winning team took home the instant cameras.
Because memories fade — but Polaroids, team hugs, and shared laughter? They stay.
